U-20 World Cup: The Flying Eagles will train in Argentina.

Nigeria's Flying Eagles will now train in Argentina in preparation for the FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2023.

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) had planned for the team to train in Spain but had to cancel due to logistical issues.

The Flying Eagles will now spend more time in Argentina, their host country.

The two-time finalists, all things being equal, will depart for the South American country early next month.

Majority of the invited foreign-based players are expected to join the team in Argentina.

The Flying Eagles are drawn in Group D with Brazil, Italy and Dominican Republic.

Ladan Bosso’s side will open their campaign against Dominican Republic in Mendoza on May 21.
