The police in Lagos state arrested a middle-aged man named Issa Majafara after discovering police uniforms on him.
Majafara was apprehended on the Iyana-Iba market road on May 16, according to police sources. He was found with two police trousers, one camouflage T-shirt, and one police face cap.
