Parlour has in his list the likes of West United’s Declan Rice, Man City’s Ilkay Gundugan and Brighton’s Moises Caicedo.
Parlour believes that the three players would be ‘brilliant signings’ for the Gunners, but the Gunners legend hopes his former club focus on a deal for £100m-rated Rice.
