Falconets arrive in Ghana today for the WAFU B tournament.

The Falconets of Nigeria will arrive in Ghana on Thursday (today) for the WAFU B U-20 Women's Championship.

The competition is expected to draw 20 players and technical crew members to Kumasi.

The tournament's inaugural edition will feature seven countries.

The Falconets are in Group B alongside Niger Republic, Burkina Faso, and Togo.

Chris Danjuma’s side will take on Niger in their opening fixture at the Baba Yara Stadium, Kumasi on Sunday.

Hosts Ghana, Benin Republic and Cote d’Ivoire are in Group A.

The competition will run from May 21 to to June 3.
