Alex Otti, the newly inaugurated Governor of Abia State, has made his first set of appointments.
Otti named Professor Kenneth Kalu to the position of Abia State Secretary to the State Government.
He also gave his approval to Pastor Caleb Ajagba's appointment as his Chief of Staff.
Otti revealed this via a series of tweets.
"Today, I approved the appointment of the following individuals," he said.
