U-20 World Cup: The Flying Eagles make an exciting comeback in a friendly against Colombia.

Nigeria's Flying Eagles rallied from two goals down to draw 3-3 with Colombia in their final friendly before the FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2023.

On 20 minutes, Colombia took the lead when centre-back Abel Ogwuche slotted the ball into his own nett.

The South Americans increased their pressure on the Flying Eagles and doubled their lead nine minutes later when Oscar Cortes converted from the penalty spot.

Jude Sunday reduced the deficit for the Flying Eagles five minutes before the break.

Colombia regained their two-goal lead just before the hour mark following a fine finish from Yaser Asprilla.

Ibrahim Mohammed pulled a goal back for Nigeria on 65 minutes.

Emmanuel Umeh equalised for the Flying Eagles 12 minutes from time.

Ladan Bosso’s side will now jet off to Mendoza where they will play their opening two games at the World Cup.

The two-time finalists will take on debutants Dominican Republic in their first game on Sunday
