Worst day of my life, says Oliver Kahn, as Bayern Munich wins the Bundesliga title.

Oliver Kahn, the fired CEO of Bayern Munich, described Saturday as "the worst day of his life."

After being fired before the game, the former Germany goalkeeper was barred from joining the team's title celebrations.

Borussia Dortmund led the Bundesliga title race until the final day, when they were held to a 2-2 draw by Mainz. Bayern won their 11th consecutive title with a 2-1 victory over Koln.

Kahn told Sky: “That was the worst day of my life, not being able to party with the boys.”

Kahn was sacked along with sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic just minutes after the title was sealed.
