Isa Abdulmumin has been appointed as the CBN's substantive director of corporate communications.

Dr. Isa Abdulmumin has been confirmed as the substantive Director of Corporate Communications by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

The news comes just months after Osita Nwanisobi, the former director of Corporate Communications, announced her retirement.

In February, the CBN appointed Abdulmumin as its acting Director of Corporate Communications.

Until his new appointment, Isa served the apex bank as the Deputy Director and has several years of experience in business reporting and corporate communications.
