Diogo Costa, the Porto goalkeeper, has expressed his desire to stay at the club after being linked with a move to Manchester United this summer.
Manchester United have agreed to extend the contract of their current first-choice goalkeeper, David de Gea, whose contract expires at the end of the month, but the Spain international has come under fire after several poor performances this season.
Costa, 23, is one of the goalkeepers on Man United's radar.

When asked directly about a possible move to Man United after Porto’s Portuguese Cup on Sunday, Costa replied, as quoted by Metro UK: “That’s the internet.
“It is a happiness and an honour to play for my favourite club.
“What they say is what they say, there is nothing concrete, I have a contract until 2027 and I hope to continue, let’s see.”
