PF Member of the Central Committee Kebby Mbewe has advised opposition UPND Leader Hakainde Hachilema to desist from making untrue statements that have the potential to divide the country.
Mr. Mbewe says the statement from the opposition leader in Chama at a radio station stating that President Edgar Lungu has not developed Chama is a careless one.
He says President Lungu is committed to developing all parts of the country as he is president for all Zambians.
Mr. Mbewe says an aspiring president should not be issuing statements that are misleading.
He was speaking in an interview in Lusaka.
